HOSPITAL ART SHOW LEE COUNTY

In several Florida communities you can find fantastically decorated animal statues. Different counties have claimed an animal as a mascot of sorts and turned them into beautiful statues painted by local artist. We stumble upon these whimsical creatures in our travels all around the state. They are found in many prominent areas in those counties and at most of the hospitals.

Jacksonville has manatees. Clearwater has Dolphins. Marion County has horses, and this past week, one of our staff stumbled upon the Pelicans of Lee county.

So here is another glimpse of some of the art we get to see in the hospitals about town.

Golisano Children’s Hospital -Lee County
